This lovely Languedoc holiday rental house belongs to friends of ours. They're a really nice couple and we think they've modernised this old property really well. It's full of character and you'll really feel like you're living in a South of France village!  Here are the basic details :-

This house has been recently refurbished, as you can see from the photos. It's ideal for 2 but also comfortable for 4. On the ground floor there is an entrance lobby with seating. You'll also find a fully-fitted modern kitchen with table and chairs and a large shower room.

Stairs lead to the light and airy first floor accommodation with dual aspect living room which has a sofa bed, another dining area and bedroom with twin beds (which can be arranged as a double). This charming village property has all the comforts you would expect including: TV, Video player, CD player, Safe, Satellite TV and DVD player, Microwave, Washing Machine, Tumble Dryer, Fridge Freezer, Room Fans. Naturally you have internet access, although this is via a local "hotspot".

LOCATION: This charming self-catering rental house is nestled in the very quaint and historic area of the old town of Pezenas, within strolling distance of the many interesting local attractions. Cafes, restaurants, artisan shops, boulangeries, etc, are all on the doorstep and yet this is still a quiet location - perfect for a relaxing break.
