MY OPINION |

Very reasonably-priced for a villa with heated pool, jacuzzi and air-conditioning, just a short walk from the shops. Our friends who own the property have just re-decorated throughout, so the villa is looking at its best for the 2015 summer season.
If you're looking for villa / gite which has a nice terrace area with a pool and a jacuzzi hot-tub, and you don't need a large garden, then it's perfect! |

SHOPS, CROISSANTS, CAFES, RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET There is an easy pedestrian walk to the centre of Roujan with its great selection of shops and restaurants. There is a large hypermarket only 250m away. The magnificent "Château Abbaye de Cassan" is located only 2km from the villa. This former royal Priory took its new name after the French Revolution. It was originally founded in 1080 on the Gallo-Roman site of probably the fourth century. Well worth a visit! AIRPORTS Béziers airport is only 30 minutes away. There are three other airports within 90 minutes - I can advise you on travel arrangements. If you are driving, the A75 autoroute is only 10 minutes away and toll-free from Clermont-Ferrand, except for the spectacular Millau Viaduct. The A9 autoroute is 15 minutes away; this and the A75 providing fast links to the many attractions in the Languedoc area. Car recommended but not essential; there are bus services.
