Friends run this lovely 5-bedroomed air-conditioned rental villa in an attractive village close to Pézenas. (20 minutes away.)

With a luxurious level of furnishings and fittings you are getting some of the standards of a boutique hotel but without the price! As a vacation property, it suits either a couple, or a group of friends, or a family.

MY OPINION

Very reasonably-priced for a villa with pool and air-conditioning, just a short walk from the bakery! All five double bedrooms have air-conditioning and each has its own Italian-style rainwater-head shower rooms.

Well-decorated throughout, the villa is situated in a village just west of Pézenas and is well-situated for exploring the local area.

Air-Conditioning - It's very unusual to find a rental villa with air-con. If this is important to you, then this is a BIG advantage of renting this villa for your vacation!

THE LOCATION AND TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS

Villa Les Etoiles is located in a quiet and lovely village near Pézenas.

SHOP, CROISSANTS, CAFES, RESTAURANTS
The villa is conveniently located in an attractive village, with a bakery, a café-restaurant, a grocers, a tabac, and a market twice a week in summer.

For larger shopping, there's a hypermarket 8 minutes away, as well as more restaurants and many smaller shops. 10 minutes further and you're in the mediaeval town of Pézenas, with 250+ shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, galleries and artists workshops.

AIRPORTS
Béziers airport is only 30 minutes away. There are three other airports within 90 minutes - I can advise you on travel arrangements.

If you are driving, the A75 autoroute is only 20 minutes away and toll-free from Clermont-Ferrand, except for the spectacular Millau Viaduct. The east-west A9 autoroute is 30 minutes away; this and the A75 providing fast links to the many attractions in the Languedoc area.

Car recommended but not essential; there is bike hire available.

Booking notes : All payments are in Euros. If you pay in other currencies you will have to accept the bank's conversion charge. Convert to other currencies here. The price you will pay is fixed at the time of booking and no subsequent price rises or discounts will apply. Minimum rental period 7 nights, although you can arrive later and leave earlier if you wish. Normal changeover day is Saturday. Booking Deposit : 45% non-refundable deposit payable to confirm booking, balance within 8 weeks of arrival date, together with a returnable Damage Deposit of €500.00.
