"From the minute we booked with the owners, we have been delighted with the way we were treated. There was prompt communication and lots of appropriate info about the booking process, the villa and the area around it.
The villa was a real 'home from home' and even surpassed our expectations. It is equipped to a high level and beautifully furnished. The photographs do not do it justice.
Although we did not need them, it was reassuring to know that English speaking agents were near at hand should we have required their help.
The pool and it's surroundings were perfect for lazy days and family barbecues. The town centre of Pezenas is only a stroll away and certainly lives up to its billing as one of the most beautiful towns in France. The Saturday market is fabulous and the Friday evening food and wine tasting is not to be missed ( get there early to secure a table!).
There are lots of cafés, bars and restaurants to choose from and we never had a poor experience. An added benefit was having a good supermarket nearby. There are plenty of interesting places nearby to keep the whole family occupied with lots of info available at the villa. In case you haven't already guessed, we had fantastic holiday in this beautiful villa and the town of Pezenas."

This spacious, light and airy Pezenas Languedoc holiday rental villa belongs to a very nice couple. These friends had it designed and built themselves and we think it's lovely! We know them because their rental villa is only 300 metres from our own Villa Henri. This means that larger groups have the option of two rental villas with pools, close together, offering a total of 9 bedrooms. DISABLED ACCESS : The owners have friends in wheelchairs, and the villa was designed with this in mind. It's not fully-equipped for people with disabilities but it has very wide doors and there is ramp access. | ||||||||||||||||||||

In fact this villa has four bedrooms and an attic bedroom in total, so it's more spacious than the typical rental villa of three bedrooms. However the owners close off two of the rooms when it's rented out, because these contain all their personal items.

With its superb location this spacious, architect designed villa will appeal to those seeking to explore the historic town of Pezenas and the huge range of attractions to be found in the Languedoc area.
Families will enjoy the beautifully clear low chlorine private pool and the nearby spacious, sandy Mediterranean beaches (18-24km). There is a small flower garden and a park only 100m away provides opportunities for ball games and tennis. In an elevated situation on a quiet road, with views of countryside, the villa is within an easy 15 minute stroll to the historic centre of Pézenas with its varied selection of shops and restaurants and an interesting historic building trail. The private pool measures 8 x 4m and is 1.2m to 1.6m deep, protected by a floating electrically-driven security cover. There is a solar-heated poolside shower. The shaded terrace has a pergola and sun blind with a teak dining table and chairs for six. A barbecue is available for those all-important outdoor lunches and dinners! | ||||||||||||||||||||

SHOPS, CROISSANTS, CAFES, RESTAURANTS, SUPERMARKET There is an easy pedestrian walk to the mediaeval centre of Pezenas with its great selection of shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket only 250m away. AIRPORTS Béziers airport is only 22 minutes away. There are three other airports within 90 minutes - I can advise you on travel arrangements. If you are driving, the A75 autoroute is only 3 minutes away and toll-free from Clermont-Ferrand, except for the spectacular Millau Viaduct. The A9 autoroute is 10 minutes away; this and the A75 providing fast links to the many attractions abounding in the Languedoc-Roussillon and Cevennes areas. Car recommended, but by no means essential; there are bus services to Montpellier, Beziers and Agde (all of which have high-speed TGV train stations) and some of the surrounding villages. There is now a connecting town bus service which stops just 3 minutes away. Bike hire is also an option. | ||||||||||||||||||||

"We stayed for two weeks in June and as usual experienced both trepidation and excitement prior to our arrival. Once inside the property we explored with growing delight. This villa has everything. A home from home but with a swimming pool.
Many places we've stayed in France have a tendency to uncomfortable beds - not here though, our bed was very comfortable indeed. We chose to stay in the upstairs bedroom because of the lovely private balcony, but downstairs had a great double bedroom also, plus a
huge wetroom, plus a generous sized twin bedroom. The upstairs bathroom was a good size with a very efficient shower & decent sized bath.
The kitchen was excellently equipped, the lounge very comfy, & the huge flat screen tv with
English channels was a bonus. Having the swimming pool right outside the patio doors gave that extra special feeling of staying in total luxury. We loved the little
minstrels gallery above the lounge! The open plan aspect & high ceiling gives the villa a wonderful light & airy feel. This villa is also equipped with wifi, and a laundry room which is a great asset if you're staying a fortnight.
Pezenas itself is
a beautiful town with lots of character, & plenty of lovely shops & restaurants. A
relatively easy 15 minute walk will get you into town, walking in on a saturday is
advisable because that's market day so parking can be tricky. The positioning of
the villa is good, with easy access to the major road networks. We had a great holiday & brought home lots of happy memories! "
