Villa Henri's prices and popularity reflect :-

Size and Facilities - Spacious villa with private pool, WiFi, satellite TV, full facilities, and games room.
Pezenas Location - Languedoc's most desirable mediaeval town - and you can stroll down to the market, the shops, the cafes and restaurants.
Access - Close to motorways, everything is easily accessible - beaches, rivers, mountains, and some great places to visit in the Languedoc region.

2017 PRICES FOR THE WHOLE VILLA IN EUROS FOR 7 NIGHTS To find the rental cost for a week, look at the dates and then the total number of people in your group - adults, children, and babies. 7-night stay, arrival from 4pm (16:00), departure by 10am (10:00)
Exclusive use of the entire property including the villa, pool, terraces, garden and barbecue.
4 double beds and 2 single beds (see below for extra beds).
All bed linen and hand towels (see below for shower and beach towels).
Basic 'starter' supply of soap, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, etc.
High-speed WiFi and English satellite TV.
Electricity, water, daily tourist taxes, all other taxes.
Free parking.

OPTIONAL EXTRAS NOT INCLUDED ABOVE (Please ask for details)

Extra single beds and bed linen @ €40/week.
Cot (crib) and high-chair @ €45/week.
Shower towels and beach towels @ €2.50 each per week.
Food and drink hamper on arrival @ €69.75.
Dog supplement @ €50 per week.
Local transfers from airports and train stations - please ask us for a quotation.

PRICING NOTES

Rental costs are in Euros for the entire villa for a 7-night stay and are up-to-date.
Your rental cost will be fixed when you make your booking, and will not change.
If your stay crosses over the date ranges above, the price will be pro-rata'd.
If the price is different on any listings websites, please note that these sites sometimes take time to update. The prices on this page are the prices to trust.
There is a separate charge for laundry & cleaning of the villa, the pool, the barbecue and terraces at the end of your stay. This is between €90 and €130 euros, depending on group size.

'SUPERB VILLA FOR FAMILY HOLIDAY, STRONGLY RECOMMENDED!'

"Delighted to say that Villa Henri gave us one of the best family holidays we’ve had so far. We were an extended family – kids, parents, two grandparents. The villa suited us really well and despite the numbers it always felt big enough.

Check-in was friendly and efficient – the owner Sara is a really warm person and she’s got plenty of information in her villa guide. The villa was all very clean, well-equipped, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated. The big hit with the kids was the pool of course (very clean water) which they adored. There was a good variety of tables, chairs, sun-loungers, etc on the terraces and there were several different parts, so we could get away from each other when we felt like it.

The location was perfect for us. We strolled down to the town for things like the market and eating out occasionally, and the local supermarket’s just down the road. Pezenas felt like a very safe area and we were happy to let our two eldest teenagers go to the town by themselves a couple of times.

By car everything was accessible very easily. Apart from Pezenas itself (beautiful place!) and going to the amazing beaches south of Pezenas, we went canoeing, visited caves, went to the Aqualand park, visited Carcassonne, walked part of the Canal du Midi, went to where they make Rocquefort cheese, and lots more besides.

I just checked out Sara’s website again and I’d say it gives you a very fair picture of everything. All in all, we think Villa Henri’s a great place to stay and we’d recommend it very highly. We’re thinking of returning next year if Sara will have us!"
