We own this lovely rental villa in the mediaeval town of Pezenas, Languedoc, in the South of France.

Villa rentals in Languedoc vary a lot and some villas are not what or where they seem !

Villa Henri is mid-priced and it has many advantages.

It's spacious: 2 living rooms, dining room, games room, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
It has a private pool. As with the whole villa, this is for your exclusive use.
Very importantly it's located in the very popular mediaeval town of Pézenas in the beautiful, safe, and unspoilt Languedoc area of the South of France.
Nearest supermarket: 2 minutes.
Travel is EASY - nearest airport 20 minutes, 3 more airports within 60 minutes, nearest motorway only 5 minutes away.

FURNISHINGS & EQUIPMENT

Villa Henri is comfortably furnished throughout.

You should find that all the normal things are provided in the kitchen - plates, cutlery, glasses, a wide variety of dishes for the oven and for the table, various kitchen tools, hob, oven, coffee-maker, kettle, microwave, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine (in a separate cupboard), and many other things.

The main downstairs living room has three sofas and a flat-screen TV with English-language satellite channels, as well as French TV channels. The upstairs drinks / reading room has a sofa and two armchairs, as well as a sink and drink-making facilities and a TV with English channels.

There is even a third lounge area as part of the master bedroom upstairs.

There is free HIGH-SPEED WIFI throughout.

I would describe our Pezenas rental villa as 'classic French, spacious, comfortable, very clean, great location'.

There is a variety of equipment to be used outside, such as sunloungers of different types, tables, chairs, and some pool toys.

BEDS AND SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS FOR 2-12 PEOPLE

For 2-10 people: The villa has 5 double bedrooms - 4 with double beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds as standard, so you will be very comfortable.

The 4 double beds deliberately have different hardnesses and softnesses, in order to suit varying needs of my guests.

For 11-12 people: There's a second living room upstairs which can be used as 6th bedroom. This room is only used as a bedroom by larger groups of 11+ people.

One of the double bedrooms is also big enough to take a single bed in addition. If you are a large group and are interested in renting our villa for your holiday, please contact me to discuss the best arrangement for you.

THE OUTSIDE OF YOUR LANGUEDOC HOLIDAY VILLA

Renting this Pezenas villa for your Languedoc vacation gives you exclusive use of the private pool, terraces & small garden with an olive & a palm tree, and a spacious barbecue area.

There are 8 sun-loungers, in addition to 2 wooden dining tables with 12 chairs, and other sun-chairs and garden furniture.

The pool is 10m x 3m and has a splash alarm and safety fencing (which is not shown in the photos) so it is safer for children.

We pride ourselves on the quality of the pool water. We don't use excessive chemicals, preferring to run the filtration system more than most villa owners do, to guarantee clear water to swim in!

The garden and terrace area is walled and gated, making the villa even more suitable for guests with children or dogs.

There is also a nice built-in barbecue area which tends to be very popular with my guests!

OTHER FEATURES OF YOUR PEZENAS HOLIDAY VILLA

Games room with full-size table tennis table, chess, backgammon, card and board games, and door to the pool.

English satellite TV in the living room, high-speed WiFi throughout, parking for one car in the gated driveway, free parking for more cars in the Place just outside.

Two gendarmes live in the square, so it's a safe area!

The windows have classic French wooden shutters and some also have electric shutters in addition.
