This lovely Languedoc self-catering holiday rental accommodation for 2-4 people belongs to friends of ours. They're a really nice couple and we think they've modernised this old property really well. It's full of character and you'll really feel like you're living in a South of France village!

Please note when comparing Languedoc B&B prices: La Siroque Bed & Breakfast has a pool and is in the great mediaeval town of Pézenas with hundreds of shops, galleries, cafes, bars and restaurants, close to the sea and mountains.

The Rough Guide says Pézenas is "one of the most beautiful towns in Southwest France". It has the charm of a village but with all the convenience of a town.

NOTES:

Check-in from 16.00-22.00 (4pm-10pm).
Included in the room price: Bedding, towels, all taxes, and a warm welcome!
Occupancy: Each double bedroom is for a maximum of 2 persons (adults and children).
Pricing: Pricing assumes 2 persons (adults or children) in each double bedroom. That is how your price is calculated.
Breakfast options: You have the choice of no breakfast, or continental @ €5.00 per person, or cooked @ €7.50 per person.
Single night stays: I accept single night stays with a small supplement.
National holidays: There is a €2.50 per person per night supplement for the three nights around a national holiday, such as Bastille Day.
Children over three years and dogs are welcomed subject to conditions and subject to other guests who have already booked for the same period. Please let me know and we can discuss.
Snacks and drinks? - There's a drinks and snacks menu on the guest terrace! :) Self-catering? - I can provide this option at our other villa but not at La Siroque, so guests are asked kindly not to bring drinks or food back here.
Keys and access: If you think you might be back late after dinner, no problem! I will give you a set of keys so that you can get in.
