This lovely Languedoc self-catering holiday rental accommodation for 2-4 people belongs to friends of ours. They're a really nice couple and we think they've modernised this old property really well. It's full of character and you'll really feel like you're living in a South of France village!

No standard double rooms available, only the one or two bedroomed suites. No long stays possible - I only have availability for 1-night or 2-night stays.

Pezenas is really buzzing, with lots of events and lots to see and do! The centre of town is a short walk away from my B&B - you don't even need to take your car so there is no need to worry about parking.

And if you want to go to one of the famous Cap d'Agde beaches south of here, or the rivers, lakes and mountains to the north, I can advise on this. We are also within easy reach of some great cities, like Montpellier, Marseille, Carcassone, Narbonne, Nimes and Perpignan. You can even drive to Spain in 1 hour 20 minutes!

SHOULD WE BOOK IN ADVANCE?

If you want my advice, YES! Every year I have to disappoint people by telling them that the dates they wanted have just been booked.

This area is very popular and it seems that there aren't enough nice B & B's in or near to Pezenas. People who arrive here without any accommodation often find they have to move on to the next town.

I don't think you'll be disappointed if you book to stay at La Siroque B & B for a few nights!
