Hello!   My name is Sara and I've helped wedding parties and event organisers in the last six years - with accommodation, local travel arrangements, entertainment and activities, and a wide variety of other things.

My husband and I own rental villas in the beautiful mediaeval town of Pezenas, in the sunny South of France.

I can offer you accommodation belonging to us or to friends - villas, gites, hotels, self-catering apartments, and even chateaux! And I can help with many other things too - see below.

OR A BRIDE, A GROOM, (or best man or bridesmaid)?
Here's how we can help :-

  • We can organise all your accommodation needs, taxis, minibuses, etc.
  • We can source local specialist suppliers for you. We can then organise them or you can do that yourself.
  • We can 'block-reserve' accommodation for you in advance and then deal in English with each guest and what they want.
  • We can then deal with the owners and ensure bookings (and last-minute alterations) are guaranteed.
  • We can deal with you if you want to stay in control.
  • OR you can have a special page on this site and give the link to all guests so that they can deal with me direct.
  • You can even personalise this page with your own wording, and it can be public or private.
  • We can provide detailed maps and local information for each booking, direct to each guest.
  • We can organise special activities and source specialist suppliers in the region.
  • Our costs for accommodation and transport are included in those prices. Our costs for doing other things for you (if you need anything) are charged at €40 per hour.

OUR SERVICE WILL SUIT YOU IF :
You want everything taken care of in English, including details of how to get there, maybe taxi/minibus transfers or day-trip activities, general advice, what time you have to arrive, paying deposits, etc.

If you prefer to do your own searching and deal direct (often in French) with the property or specialist supplier's staff, then you don't need us!

'QUE SERA LADIES!'

"We are 8 Australian ladies who had the pleasure of meeting Sara & Leigh (and of course gorgeous Max) while visiting the Pezenas area.

Activities Languedoc, which Sara and Leigh manage besides running their lovely villas, gave us the most amazing tours and took the hassle out of trying to organize ourselves.

In the few days we were in Pezenas they arranged a private boat with a beautiful meal down the Canal du Midi, a wine tasting and tapas evening at a nearby chateau under beautiful oak trees, a visit to another chateau with tour of vineyard and beautiful grounds with, of course, more wine tasting (as you do in France) as well as a beautiful luncheon in a pristine location in Pezenas with a guided tour from Leigh to give us the history of Pezenas.

As if that wasn't enough Sara & Leigh invited us to their home to be entertained by 2 lovely musicians around a candle-lit pool for more wine and delicious nibblies.

We all feel as if we have met the most amazing husband and wife team that truly care about taking care of others so if you want to have the time of your life contact Sara or Leigh they will become friends for life.

I know we may not see them until we visit France again but they truly touched our hearts and we will never forget them."
